Normie — Norman D

Norman is not a rescue. We added him to this page because of the HUGE role that he has played being a gentle spirit for each of our rescues.

Normie boy was my very first horse and has been a first horse to each of my four kids. He is pure Arabian and has the most sensitive, gentle spirit. He is 16 years young. After being rescued by his previous owners, he was an endurance horse for most of his life. Normie boy and I met when he was 14 . He now has some arthritis and is on anti-inflammatories to keep him comfortable. He is also the first to let out a whinny when he sees the trailer coming up the driveway.

Its like he KNOWS when a rescue comes and knows that they need love, understanding, and care. He treats every rescue with such kindness.
